We’re bringing back another Trash & Friends dinner this Friday 24 May! This time with a very special friend all the way from Italy 🇮🇹 Meet Federico @cookwithfez !

Federico will be preparing a 3 course menu inspired by zero waste and his families recipes from Puglia, and of course he’ll be using our bread waste pasta 🍝
