📦 Order Processing & Shipping

We only ship orders on Mondays to ensure efficient batching and reduced environmental impact.

💡 Tip: Place your order before Saturday at 23:59 CET to have it shipped the following Monday!
Orders placed after Saturday 23:59 CET will be shipped on the next Monday.

🚚 Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:
✅ Denmark
✅ European Union (EU) countries
❌ We do not ship internationally outside the EU at this time.

🕒 Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin from the Monday of shipment:

💰 Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
All rates are displayed before payment.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
You can track your shipment via the carrier’s website.

📦 Customs & VAT

All EU orders are shipped from Denmark.
No customs duties apply within the EU. VAT is included in your order total as required by law.

❗ Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries

Please make sure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.
Wasted ApS is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us, re-shipping costs will apply.

📬 Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Include your order number and any relevant photos (if damaged).
We’ll work with our carriers to resolve the issue as fairly and quickly as possible.
